Who we are

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and message — to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Server logs: IP address, time and page requested — to keep the site secure and stop abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Spam protection on the contact form (a security code and automatic checks) runs on our own server — no third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider (Akamai Connected Cloud / Linode, servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and our email provider (Google Workspace), both acting on our instructions under data processing terms. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else. Where a provider handles data outside the EU, the transfer is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they become part of a contract (then as long as accounting law requires). Server logs: 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy — write to office@ranintelligence.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live.
